1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our website or any Navax Global Trade form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Navax Global Trade LLC at the phone number provided, including messages sent via automatic telephone dialing systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies and may include up to 4–8 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Navax Global Trade is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred as a result of receiving text messages.

3. How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by (a) replying STOP to any Navax Global Trade text message, (b) submitting the form at /sms-optout, or (c) emailing info@navaxglobaltrade.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out." After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages will be sent.

5. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all handsets or carriers may be supported.

6. Privacy and SMS Data Protection

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent data collected through this program will NEVER be sold, shared, rented, or transferred to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. This is an unconditional policy.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. This applies regardless of any other data partnerships or business arrangements Navax Global Trade LLC may have.

7. Third-Party Data Sharing Disclosure

Navax Global Trade will NEVER sell or share SMS opt-in consent data or mobile phone numbers collected through the SMS program with any third party for marketing, analytics, or resale purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are shared only with the messaging platform vendors strictly necessary to deliver the texts you opted in to receive, and only under contractual data-protection obligations.

Navax Global Trade may share other non-SMS business data (such as business name, email, general location, and product interest categories) with third-party partners as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of that separately at /data-optout.

8. California and State Privacy Rights

California residents (under the CCPA and CPRA) and residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comparable privacy laws have the right to know what personal information we collect, request access to or deletion of that information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Navax Global Trade honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request. Submit requests at /data-optout or email info@navaxglobaltrade.com.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided to opt in to the Navax Global Trade SMS program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

10. Compliance

The Navax Global Trade SMS program is operated in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable state consumer protection laws. Any message sent to you that violates these laws was not authorized by Navax Global Trade; please report it to info@navaxglobaltrade.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

Navax Global Trade reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective Date above and, where legally required, we will notify subscribed users by text or email prior to the change taking effect. Your continued participation in the SMS program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
