SMS Data — Never Sold or Shared

SMS Data Protection Policy

The mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data collected through Navax Global Trade LLC's SMS program will NEVER be sold, shared, rented, licensed, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances. This is an unconditional policy that applies regardless of any other data sharing or business arrangements Navax Global Trade LLC may enter into now or in the future.

What we NEVER sell or share:

Mobile phone numbers
SMS opt-in consent records
Text message history
Any data collected through our SMS opt-in form at navaxglobaltrade.com/sms-signup

What may be shared with select partners:

Business name (not personal name)
General product interest categories
Purchase behavior data (not contact info)
Email address (only with explicit consent)

6.1 Information We Collect

Navax Global Trade collects information you provide directly (such as name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment information), information collected automatically (such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and site usage analytics via cookies and similar technologies), and information generated through your use of the Services (such as order history and, for Creators, referral/attribution data).

6.2 How We Use Your Information

To process, fulfill, and communicate about orders, shipments, and returns;
To provide customer service and respond to inquiries;
To send transactional messages and, where you have separately opted in, marketing communications (including SMS and email) in accordance with our SMS/Email Opt-In Terms;
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of this Agreement;
To calculate and administer commissions under The Hunt Creator Program;
To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations; and
To improve and analyze the performance of the Services.

6.3 How We Protect & Share Your Information

Navax Global Trade implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Navax Global Trade cannot guarantee absolute security.

Navax Global Trade does not sell your personal information to third parties. Navax Global Trade may share information with trusted service providers (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and platform/analytics providers) solely as necessary to operate the Services, and only under confidentiality and data-protection obligations consistent with this policy. Navax Global Trade may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Navax Global Trade, its customers, or others.

6.4 Data Retention & Your Rights

Navax Global Trade retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing communications at any time, by contacting info@navaxglobaltrade.com.

6.5 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Services may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, and analyze site traffic. You may adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies; however, certain features of the Services may not function properly as a result.

6.6 Data Sharing

Navax Global Trade LLC may share certain non-SMS business data — including business name, email (only with explicit consent), general location, purchase behavior, and product interest categories — with select third-party partners for wholesale industry marketing, analytics, and business intelligence purposes.

Navax Global Trade LLC will NEVER sell, share, rent, license, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent records, text message history, or any data collected through our SMS opt-in program to any third party under any circumstances. We also will never sell or share financial information or Tax ID/EIN data, or any data in violation of the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or applicable state laws.

6.7 California & State Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents, and residents of states with comparable privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas), have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect, use, and share; (b) request access to and a copy of that information; (c) request deletion or correction of that information; (d) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and (e) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Navax Global Trade honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request for the browser/device transmitting them. To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through /data-optout or email info@navaxglobaltrade.com. We respond to verifiable requests within 30–45 days as required by law.

6.8 SMS Program Data

Mobile phone numbers and consent data collected through our SMS program are used solely to send the messages you opted in to receive. See our SMS Terms for full details, and opt out any time at /sms-optout or by replying STOP to any text.
